A little about us

Prime Vendor Inc was founded in 1990 to put years of US Government contracting experience to work businesses around the globe.  Our primary mission is writing professional quality proposals for companies requiring representation from a company with extensive experience in the field of government contract writing, solicitation and acceptance criteria.

We have over 22 years of service in various areas of government operations. Six of those years were spent representing the government by serving on contract technical review panels; the same kind of panels that will be reviewing your contract solicitations.

The Buy American Act

U.S. legislation passed in 1933 that mandates preference for the purchase of domestically produced goods over foreign goods in U.S. government procurement. The president has the authority to waive the Buy American Act within the terms of a reciprocal agreement or otherwise in response to the provision of reciprocal treatment to U.S. producers. Other "buy-national" legislative provisions exist separately from the Buy American Act requirements.
